The property is currently zoned <br />residential. <br /> <br />Following is a list of comments resulting from our review of this <br />sketch plan: <br /> <br />The proposed plat consists of 87 residential lots with a <br />typical lot size of 90 x 120. The double frontage lots must <br />have additional depth for screen planting along the rear lot <br />line. <br /> <br />In reviewing the sketch plan requirements of the City Code, <br />the following items were not provided: <br /> <br />Existing zoning classification of the areas surrounding <br />the subdivision. <br /> <br />b. Description of the property by fraction of section, <br /> township and range. <br /> <br />c. Name and address of the owner of the land. <br /> <br />d. Total approximate acreage. <br /> <br />The northeast corner of the plat contains a portion of DNR <br />protected wetland 658W. Any filling or grading of the wetland <br />will require a DNR permit.
