Key to this <br />regulation is the Mississippi Critical River designation plus river <br />use regulations as related to water quality and flooding. MnDNR, <br />the U.S. Corps of Engineers and the Upper Mississippi River <br />Watershed District are involved in assuring proper environmental <br />management in addition to the City and County.
