PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOME OCCUPATION <br /> 14151 GERMANIUM STREET N.W. <br /> PIN 25-32-25-33-0006 <br /> October 29, 1990 <br /> <br />On , 1990, a conditional use permit for a home occupation was issued to <br />Steven Haigh to operate a retail trophy/plaque business within a private dwelling in the R-1 Urban <br />Residential District on the property generally known as 14151 Germanium Street N.W. and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> Lot 4, Block 2, Flintwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.015I of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The retail trophy/plaque business shall not be conducted in any building on the premises <br /> other than the building which is used by the occupant as the private dwelling and no more <br /> than one (1) room, not to exceed 300 square feet, may be used for such purpose. <br /> <br />2. No interior or exterior business sign shall be permitted. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment, materials, merchandise, <br /> inventory or heavy equipment. <br /> <br />4. Persons employed in the trophy/plaque business shall be limited to those residing on the <br /> premises. <br /> <br />5. No exterior displays of the trophy/plaque business shall be permitted. <br /> <br />6. Hours of operation shall be limited to ~ to <br /> <br />7. At least two off street and paved parking spaces shall be provided during hours of <br /> operation to accommodate customers and deliveries. <br /> <br />8. This conditional use permit for a home occupation shall expire on <br /> <br />9. The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br /> compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br /> <br />
