Regarding the bus seen inside the building, the facility does strip aluminum off of buses for <br />meltdown. <br /> <br />Dan Karst also noted that all of these incidents occurred during second shift with a certain <br />employee on duty. That employee has been reassigned to fzrst shift. <br /> <br />Mr, Karst stated that he will be preparing an operations manual which will be provided to all <br />employees and his monthly employee meetings will review facility operations, equipment <br />modifications and safety procedures. For instance, according to Mr. Karst's engineer, the large <br />door on the facility can never be closed more than 7 feet from the ground in order to assure that <br />there is an adequate amount of ventilation in the facility. <br /> <br />Upon Mr. Hoeke's request, Mr. Karst is going to be providing the Fire Department, the Police <br />Department and the Community Development Department with a sketch of the building layout and <br />an illustrated instruction manual for operating the equipment conu-ol panel. In addition, Mr. Karst <br />will be conducting a tour of the facility with several of the firemen so that they will be acquainted <br />with the facility and equipment in the event there is an emergency. <br /> <br />SDF <br /> <br /> <br />
