I am attaching copies of those <br />incident reports for your information. <br /> <br />As I indicated on the telephone, it appears that we are dealing with potential <br />violations of your conditional use permit and we should meet as soon as possible to <br />resolve the issues raised in the police/fire reports. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confnTn our scheduled meeting date of Monday, <br />December 4 at 3:00 p.m I am looldng forward to a productive meeting that will <br />hopefully identify and resolve any problems that may exist.
