10. <br /> <br />Storage o~ Feedstock, Separated Materials. Storage of <br />materials which are used in or result from the processing <br />operation is permitted on Site providing that stockpiles are <br />properly contained and screened from adjoining properties and <br />City streets. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Oil Residues on Paved Surfaces. The Permit Holder shall store <br />all feedstock material with oil residues within leakproof <br />containers so as to minimize potential stormwater runoff <br />contamination. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />outside Storaqe of Materials and Equipment. The outside <br />storage of debris or materials not used in the operation and <br />inoperable vehicles and equipment shall not be permitted. <br /> <br />A site plan and conditional use permit application must be <br />submitted for Lots 2 and 3 by ~, 199~ or alterna- <br />tively the permit holder shall: ~ <br /> <br />Screens the bus storaqe area from public streets by <br />June 1~ .~99~ in accord with a screeninq plan approved by <br />the city. <br />Pave the semi-trailer parking area on Lot 2. <br />Remove all debris from Lots 2 and 3. <br />Screen all dumpsters from public streets. The number of <br />dumpsters on Lots 2 and 3 shall be limited to two for <br /> <br />containment of office waste. <br />Storaqe of feedstock processed waste, or product is <br />prohibited on Lots 2 or 3 without amendin~ this CUP. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />16o <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />Hazardous Wastes. No hazardous wastes, as defined by the U.S. <br />Environmental Protection Agency or Minnesota Pollution Control <br />Agency (MPCA), shall be burned, stored or handled at the <br />facility. <br /> <br />Ash. Ail ash from the facility shall be removed from the site <br />on a regular basis, shall not be stockpiled in excess of 35 <br />tons on the property, shall be stored indoors and shall be <br />processed or deposited in an U.S. Environmental Protection <br />Agency approved landfill. <br /> <br />Ash Disposal. Prior to the date this permit becomes <br />effective, Permit Holder shall submit a copy of the written <br />agreement or certification from the designated ash processing <br />and/or disposal facility that said facility is willing to <br />accept the ash. The Permit Holder shall notify the City of <br />any change in ash processing/disposal facilities within 30 <br />days of such change. <br /> <br />Wire Processinq. The Permit Holder shall not process wire by <br />melt operations on the Site. <br /> <br /> <br />
