The Director may require <br />feasible and practical modifications in the operation to <br />reduce emissions of air con'taminants. No affected facility <br />which has an unreasonable breakdown frequency of control <br />equipment shall be permitted to operate. Nothing in this part <br />shall permit the operation of an affected facility which may <br />cause an immediate public health hazard. <br /> <br />~onitoring equipment. The owner or operator of a contiDuous <br />monitoring system or monitoring device shall notify the <br />Director of any breakdown or malfunction of such system or <br />device. <br /> <br />III.B. Fuel and Usage Limitations <br /> <br />The Permittee shall limit the type and amount of fuels as <br />specified below: <br /> <br />Source Nos. Rules part 7045.0131 as hazardous for characteristics other <br />than ignitability and lead content; or 3.) more than 0.5 percent <br />halogens (elemental, excluding inorganic halogens).
