Ail recyclable materials <br />received in Area A shall be stored in covered, leakproof and <br />weatherproof containers with a maximum of one container for <br />storing each type of recyclable material. Long-term storage <br />of recyclable material in Area B shall be in van trailers <br />which shall have the doors closed other than during ingress <br />or egress or when an employee is working inside the trailer. <br /> <br />Site Conditions. The Permit Holder shall regularly police the <br />area open to the public so as to keep it in a neat, orderly, <br />sanitary and aesthetic condition at all times. <br /> <br />Site Security. The Permit Holder shall erect a security gate <br />and restrict access to the site after business hours to <br />minimize the occurrence of unauthorized drop off of waste <br />materials. <br /> <br />Restricted Materials. No waste materials shall be stored on <br />the site which are not utilized in the aluminum processing <br />operation or properly identified as materials acceptable for <br />recycling from the public. Such identified recyclable <br />materials are limited to glass, paper, plastic, aluminum, <br />brass, copper and cardboard. <br /> <br />Closure Due to CUP Revocation, Other Circumstances. In the <br />event this CUP is revoked or the Permit Holder closes <br />operation of the aluminum processing operation for any reason, <br />including but without limitation, order of the court or other <br />agency of competent jurisdiction, bankruptcy, insolvency, or <br />abandonment, the Permit Holder shall immediately proceed to <br />remove all feedstock and other material from the site. In the <br />event the Permit Holder fails to comply with the terms of this <br />CUP, the City may, upon 30 days' written notice to the Permit <br />Holder enter into the property and perform all such <br />obligations, the costs of which shall be borne by the Per~it <br />Holder or, in default thereof, by its surety. <br /> <br />Financial Assurance. The Permit Holder shall submit financial <br />assurances as follows: <br /> <br />Charges and Fees. The Permit Holder agrees to pay to the <br />City upon the issuance of this CUP a fee in an amount <br />sufficient to reimburse the city for engineering, legal <br />and administrative expenses reasonably incurred during <br />the consideration and development of this CUP. The <br />Permit Holder shall reimburse the City for all ad- <br />ministrative fees incurred by the city in connection with <br />inspection of the aluminum processing operation and <br />administration of this CUP. <br /> <br /> <br />
