HISTORY OF BUSINESS

Aluminum Recycling, Inc. began operations in 1979.
The first years operations have provided a service
to scrap yards and recycling companies by melting and
separating irony aluminum into marketable materials.

We have been located on undeveloped industrial land
owned by H & S Asphalt Company at 700 Industry Blvd.,
Anoka, MN for eleven years. The land has. been acquired
by Barton Sand & Gravel. Their intentions are to
develop a light industrial park in this area.

The rapid increase in recycling the last two years
by the public has resulted in Aluminum Recycling, Inc.
broadening the scope of it's operation. We now provide
recycling services for material such as aluminum cans,
plastic, glass, paper, cardboard and tin cans. We need
to relocate where we can establish the necessary material
processing site, as well as a location easily access~
ible to the public.

Aluminum Recycling, Inc, and IVaste ;,'
.,anagement of blinne-
sota have a purchase agreement to purchase property
located at 14280 Sunfish Lake Blvd., Ramsey, MN, con-
tingent upon receiving an agreeable Conditional Use
Permit to operate. This property is particularly well-
suited to our needs because of it*s close proximity
to the landfill where a large supply of methane gas is
available. Methane gas is currently being supplied to
Waltek, Inc. to melt aluminum; but only a small portion
of this available methane is being used. We will be
able to use a significant amount of this relatively
unused resource to recycle aluminum.
