On _ ., 1990, the City of ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, ("City"), issued a <br />Conditional Use Permit to Geoffrey Bridwell for excavating and exporting materials in the R-1 <br />Rural Residential District on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Lutz Ramsey Acres, Anoka Count),, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.017M of the Ramsey Cit Code. The <br />duration of this conditional use permit is ~ months from the date of issuance so long as the <br />conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />A restoration plan shall be provided and followed to minimize erosion on the site and which <br />plan shall not allow for more than five acres to be exposed at an;), one time. Restoration as <br />used herein shall be defined as meaning grading and top soil replacement and grass seeding <br />such that turf is established which will prevent water and wind erosion. Weather <br />permitting, the restoration schedule proposed in the permit application shall be observed. <br /> <br />Ail final slopes shall be less than 12% in grade.-/~J_~ . ~ toe ccorzA <br /> <br />All grading and excavating shall be limited to 25,000 cubic yards.
