On _ ., 1990, the City of ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, ("City"), issued a Conditional Use Permit to Geoffrey Bridwell for excavating and exporting materials in the R-1 Rural Residential District on the property legally described as follows: Lot 3, Block 1, Lutz Ramsey Acres, Anoka Count),, Minnesota This permit is issued pursuant to Sections 170.013D and 170.017M of the Ramsey Cit Code. The duration of this conditional use permit is ~ months from the date of issuance so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this permit are as follows: A restoration plan shall be provided and followed to minimize erosion on the site and which plan shall not allow for more than five acres to be exposed at an;), one time. Restoration as used herein shall be defined as meaning grading and top soil replacement and grass seeding such that turf is established which will prevent water and wind erosion. Weather permitting, the restoration schedule proposed in the permit application shall be observed.
