_/ <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />Dust created by travel on the access road shall be controlled by appropriate means by the <br />property owner. If it is not possible to control the dust on any given day, the extraction <br />operation shall cease on that day. If, in the opinion of the City Engineer, the dust created <br />by the operation is excessive, the operation shall cease until the dust problem is abated. <br /> <br />In order to prevent excessive dust pollution, the excavation operation shall discontinue at <br />an), time when wind gusts are in excess of 30 miles per hour. <br /> <br />All equipment used for grading, mining or filling operations shall be maintained and <br /> <br /> operated in such a manner as to minimize, as far as practicable, noises, dust and vibrations <br /> adversely affecting surrounding properties. This bond shall be kept current until the <br />grading and excavation operation is finally completed. <br /> <br />Mr. Bridwell shall be responsible for ail expenses incurred in the administration of this <br />conditional use permit and shall maintain a minimum of $500.00 in the CUP escrow <br />account to assure same. <br /> <br />Mr. Bridwell shall provide to the City a liability insurance policy or certificate of such <br />insurance acceptable to the City and issued by an insurance company authorized to do <br />business in the State of Minnesota. <br /> <br />The policy shall insure the person performing acts described herein for the sum of <br />at least three hundred thousand dollars for injury to one person, and five hundred <br />thousand dollars for one accident and at least one hundred thousand dollars for <br />property damage. <br /> <br />Said policy shall be for the full period of the permit and shall provide for the giving <br />of ten days prior notice to the City Administrator by reFstered mail or termination, <br />cancellation, or amendment of the policy. <br /> <br /> c. In the event said poicy is terminated for any reason, the permit shall be <br /> automatically suspended upon the day the policy terminates, unless a new policy <br /> <br /> · complying with this section is obtained and filed with the City, Administrator prior <br />...... /t I..~ .~ ~o t, he termination of the policy in fo[ce, ~,, <br /> <br />htr. Geoffrey Bridwell hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use permit and that he has <br />reviewed the conditions of this conditional use permit and has a~eed that he will comply with the <br />terms of the permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
