PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />AMATEUR RADIO TOWER <br /> PIN 16-32-25-43-0008 <br /> 15705 TRAPROCK STREET N.W. <br /> <br />On , 1990, a conditional use permit was issued to Howard Rohs and James <br />Monson to erect and maintain an amateur radio tower on the property generally known as 15705 <br />Traprock Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 4, Block 4, Traprock Commons, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional <br /> use permit is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. <br /> The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />~- ~./ The amatem' radio tower erected on the subject property shall not exceed eighty (80) feet in height. <br /> <br /> That the City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br /> premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon <br /> reasonable request. <br /> <br /> <br />
