O~>;~"f <br />~ Mr. Wayne Davis owns a parcel just north of Fox Ridge Estates which is considered to be <br />,,, ~v/ landlocked. Mr. Davis has a potential buyer that would like to build a home on the lot but it does <br />'~],,~) not have 200 feet of frontage on a public road. Mr. Davis also owns the adjacent land to the north <br />~,", ~" across Trott Brook but it is not feasible to provide access from the landlocked parcel across Trott <br /> ,~-~,/,~i3rook to County Road #63. In addition, Mr. Davis has indicated that the owner of the property to <br /> ~)[ the east of his landlocked parcel is not agreeable to negotiating the extension of 174th Avenue <br /> I N.W. from Fox Ridge through their repective properties to provide public access to the landlocked <br /> I parcel.
