33. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that cooled steel from the <br />aluminum processing operation will be stored in a trailer at <br />the loading docks or in the northwest corner of the site until <br />a quantity sufficient for shipment has accumulated. <br /> <br />34. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has indicated that transmission disassembly <br />will occur within the existing wood frame building. The <br />transmission oil from disassembly operations would be <br />collected in a holding tank and either be screened and used <br />as fuel in the melt furnace or hauled by an authorized waste <br />oil recycler. <br /> <br />35. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has indicated that a secured storage area <br />would be constructed abutting the south side of the existing <br />wood frame building in Area B. <br /> <br />36. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that a sign and gate would be <br />installed near the driveway entry indicating the hours of <br />operation and the materials accepted. The gate would prohibit <br />entry after hours to minimize drop off activity of waste <br />materials. <br /> <br />37. <br /> <br />That the hours of operation are anticipated by the Applicant <br />to be 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that six employees will work at <br />the site. <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />That the Applicant has stated that approximately 30-40 cars <br />and two trucks per day are anticipated when the facility is <br />fully operational. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />That the proposed screening would be planting of trees and <br />fencing slats in the chain link fence and gate between Areas <br />A and B. Based on the Applicant's site plan of 10/16/90 and <br />operations plan, the proposal shall ~culd not adequately <br />screen the operation from the residential area to the east. <br /> <br />40a. The Applicant has indicated that he will provide adequate <br /> screeninq. <br /> <br />41. <br /> <br />That the proposed use .... /will not substantially adversely <br />impair the use, enjoyment or market value of any surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br />.ha. the proposed use --.~,,.,~l not be unduly dangerous or <br />otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the <br />vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />43. <br /> <br />That the proposed use will/will not be harmonious with and in <br />accordance with any specific objectives of the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
