You also asked me to review the proposed CUP conditions, in doing <br />this, I have also reviewed the Findings of Fact. I note that <br />Finding No. 45a seems to be inconsistent with the general tenor of <br />Findings 41 through 49. You may want to review Findings 41 through <br />49 with the goal of trying to make them as consistent as possible. <br />The conditions as proposed seem to be adequate from a legal <br />standpoint and are similar to those adopted for other conditional <br />uses in the city. I am, of course, not commenting on the technical <br />and environmental conditions which I understand you have reviewed <br />with the City Engineer. <br /> <br />on one other matter, I have reviewed the City's Zoning Ordinance <br />relating to the Industrial District as the proposed use is in the <br />Industrial Zoning District. One of the performance standards for <br />this district prohibits exterior storage if the Industrial District <br />property abuts a Residential District. The site for this proposed <br />use does abut a Residential zone and therefore, if you recommend <br />granting this CUP, you may want to include a condition prohibiting <br />exterior storage. <br /> <br /> <br />
