If the project is not approved, Ramsey and Burns have
the option to assess the affected property owners for the cost of the
feasibility study but ususally assume it as a cost of government.

Mayor Reimann - Stated that Mr. Hanson at 18026 Ute Street should be
assessed a full unit because his driveway from his shop accesses onto Waco.
There is another unit that should not be assessed because it accesses onto
Ute.

Daniel Baker - 5011 179th Lane - Stated that his driveway accesses onto
Waco but his address is 179th Lane; inquired if his proposed assessment is
an error.

Mr. Raatikka replied that Ramsey's assessment policy states that one full
unit of assessment will be placed on those properties with a driveway
Public Hearing/December 8, 1988
