She has <br />been suffering from depression which is partly the result of <br />the hassle from some of her neighbors regarding her horses. <br />Rhonda has a great love and respect for horses and other <br />animals. She treats them with much care and attention. She <br />does sometimes have some difficulty in relating to human <br />beings. It is my impression that the petition you are <br />considering revolves around a clash of personalities <br />between Rhonda and a couple of her neighbors and that the <br />boarding of horses on Rhonda's property is not detrimental <br />to the neighborhood nor is it violating anyones rights. <br /> <br />Cordially, <br /> <br />A1 Putz <br />Psychotherapist <br /> <br />cc: .
