Case #5: <br /> <br />RUM RIVER BRIDGE CROSSING <br />By: James Gromberg, Project Manager <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The following items were addressed at the December 13, 1988 Anoka County Highway <br />Department meeting concerning the Rum River Bridge. <br /> <br />County Road 116 approach to the future Rum River Bridge <br />Crossing will be completed by 9/1/89 <br />Bids will be let June 1989 for County Road 116 approach <br />Bids will be let August !989 for the bridge <br />By late 1990 all work will be completed <br />Current Road will be widened to 48' similar to Cty Road 5 <br />Intersection with Hwy 47 will have rt & It turn lanes <br />Intersection with Hwy 47 will be wired for signal installation <br />in the future <br />Current traffic count is 3500 per day; in 20 about 12,000 per <br />day <br />Speed limit to remain the same be may be lowered in the <br />future <br />City of Anoka will use the bridge to loop its water main <br /> <br />Mr. Mike Kelly of Anoka County asked if the City of Ramsey had any development plans for <br />property number 36-32-25-21-0003. His concern was to move the structure located on property <br />number 36-32-25-21-0004 to that property.
