Banwart, Community Deveiopment Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On October 4, 1988, City Council directed City Attorney Goodrich to prepare a moratorium <br />ordinance, the purpose of which is to place a six (6) month moratorium on the permitting of, and <br />reviewing of burning by incinerator within the City, pending development by the City of <br />comprehensive reguk}tions of solid waste, hazardous waste ea~d hospital waste on this subject.
