Significant topographical features <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />In review of access to the plat, access will be provided from <br />County Road 63 on the south and Countryside Estates to the <br />west. The developer will have to obtain Outlot G (if not <br />owned by the city) and construct 176th Avenue to connect to <br />Marmoset Street in Countryside West. <br /> <br />Since the plan did not show any topographical features, we <br />are unable to comment on the drainage at this time.
