Isanti sandy loam, Lino fine <br />sand and marsh are unsuitable for on-site wastewater disposal <br />system, s. Therefore, Lots 5 - 9, Block 2, may not meet the <br />Class I soil requirements of the city Code. <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />The plat also shows a Northern Natural Gas Company easement, <br />which further impacts Lots 5 - 9, Block 2.
