NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, February 7, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Clayton Berg's request for preliminary plat approval of the <br />proposed Wildwood Acres. The plat consists of 80 acres and is proposed to be developed with approximately 23 <br />single family residential lots. The properly is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The southwest quarter of the southeast quarter and the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter, <br />Section 5, Township 32, Range 25, Ano -ka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />All persons are invited to attend the heating and comment on the request for preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 <br />Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
