Development Agreement by and between the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota (City), and North Fork, Inc., a Minnesota corporation <br />(Developer). <br /> <br /> W]T~u~_2%S, the Developer is the owner of certain real property <br />situated in Anoka County, Minnesota, located in the City of <br />Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has received official approval for a <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) on its property located within the <br />city limits; and <br /> <br /> WSEREAS, the name of the PUD is NS~/~tFORK; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Developer has platted the first phase of the <br />NORT~FORK PUD, received approval from the City and filed the plat <br />with the 2%noka County Recorder; and <br /> <br /> ~IEREAS, the Developer desires approval of the second phase <br /> <br /> W~%S, the name of the proposed second phase is NORTEFORK <br />SECOND and the legal description for the property to be platted <br />as ~ S~205D is attached hereto as Exhibit <br /> <br /> NC~', ~RE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and <br />prc~ises contained herein, it is agreed as fo!l~'s: <br /> <br /> 1. ~.
