Interim Engineer Nelson stated that is correct and requested concurrence whether this is the right <br />tract to deliver the projects next year. <br />The Committee agreed that is the case. <br />Interim Engineer Nelson stated Zeolite was scheduled this year and will remain until <br />development is adjacent even though that project is within the 2013 CEP. <br />The Committee expressed no objection. <br />Councilmember Elvig noted Garnet Street has been put off for years and he felt those residents <br />are owed an answer about what the City will do with road funding. <br />6. COMMITTEE / STAFF INPUT <br />City Administrator Ulrich reported the City has received news that the Federal Highway <br />Administration approved the environmental document for the Armstrong Boulevard interchange. <br />It is planned to hold an open house the second week of January for the public. <br />7.
