There ii a wetland near the homestead on Lot 2 that has been delineated and is proposed to be <br />encurnbemd with a drainage and utility easement. The sketch plan also identLfies rte location of <br />exisffng structures and the fact that they comply with property Line setbacks, with one exception. <br />There is a small storage shed on Lot 3 that is about 1.6 feet from the prope~wy line.
