ANOKA LANDFILL <br /> <br />SECTION II - WASTE TIRE PROCESSING <br /> <br />GENERAL <br /> <br />The followinq ordinance requirements are waived: Section II, sgbsect <br />and Section II, subseGtion 8. <br /> <br />The licensee shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Anoka <br />Solid Waste Ordinance, as amended, the license application (includ'i <br />licensee's correspondence of November 16~ ~988), the licensee's appli~ <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Aoency dated November ~6, 19BB, and these <br />conditions. <br /> <br />The licensee shall provide and maintain all equipment necessary for the <br />of the operation. Such eouipment shall include,..but not necessarily be <br />to, scale, shredder, and tire movinq equipment. <br /> <br />The licensee shall provide ~nd mmintain finBncS~l ~ssurance in the am <br /> <br />If financial assurance documents are not satisfactory l <br /> <br />County Attorney's Office, corrected documents in proper form are to be sM <br />within 30 days of reouest bv the County. <br /> <br />The County's issuance of a license does not release the licensee or t <br /> <br />owner from any liability, penalt¥~ or duty imposed by Minnesota or fade <br />or local ordinances, except the oblioation to obtain a license <br />activities covered by this license. <br /> <br />The site shall consist of the aoproximatelv 1.2 acres as described <br />applicant's Waste Tire Facititv Permit Application of November )6, ~ <br />shown on site plan sheet A- dated <br /> <br />The receipt and storaoe of unprocessed waste tires shall be limited to: <br />off boxes adjacent to the shop/scale house area and the tire staoino arq <br />in the application (..10.000 souare feet no more than eleven feet deep <br />storaqe of processed tire chips shall be limited to no more than 60 <br />the area desionated in the application. <br /> <br />If the proposed facility is to be in operation for a period of more <br />years (April 1992), then approved covered storBoe must be provided for <br />storaoe/staoino are~. <br /> <br />A.siqn will be placed at the site statino the site name., hours of op~ <br />charoes~ and rules if tires are accepted from the oeneral public.
