A minimum separatinq distance of five (5) feet shall be maintained between site operations anO ad,~aceqt property lines. An attendant shall be on duty at the site at all times while it is open for use. The premises and entrances shall be maintained in a cleaq, neat and orderly manner at all times. All incoming and outqoino traffic shall be controlled by the licensee in such a manner ~s to provide orderly and safe inqress and eqress. ]~..~ Noise shall not exceed 85 decibels at any property line. Receipt of new waste tires shall not occur before 7'00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m. or on Sundays and holidays as set. forth in MS 645.44. subdivision 5. Processinq of waste tires shall not occur before 6:00 a.m. or after 8:00 p.m. or on Sunday or holidays as set forth in MS 645..4. subdivision 5. except that the Department m~v orant temporary waiver of this reouirement due to conditions beyond the licensee's control. l~. Prior to cessation of operation the licensee shall: Notify the Department at least 90 days before cessation of operation. Notify reoular customers of record, if any, at least 6D days before cessation of operation. Public notice in local newsoaoers distributed in the area served b.y the station at least 45. but not more than 60 days. before cessation of operation and upon cessation of Qperation. Post a sion at the qate and attendant's window from at least 60 da~,s before to ]20 days after cessation of operation. These notices and sions shall identify the date on which the facility will cio.~e and alternate services available. ]5. Ui_'.on cessation of operation the licensee shall: Remove all waste tires, used tires, tire products and other solid waste from the site within one week. Pick up litter and remove salvaeed materials within one week. Administer closed buildino Dost eradication to the buildino, and s,jrroundino orounds, bv a ouaiified pest control operator acceptable to the Department within one week followino completion and the buildino and erounes cieanino.
