DPJ~FT LICENSE CONDITIONS Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. dba Anoka Landfill April ]8, 1988 - June 30, 19B9 Section I - Landfill Ao GENERAL The licensee will construct, operate, and maintain the facility in accordance with the engineering reports dated May 1971 and June 1972 and plans dated April 28, 1977, April 6, 1978, March 9, 1982, and August 29, 1982 as amended bv the vertical expansion plans and report dated pctober 25, ]98B (received November ]. ]988) and licensee's enaineer~s correspondence dated February 2, 1989 lincludino February ], ]989 enclosure/. The notes on drawinq A-20 relatina to monitorin~ are informational and are not approved for licensinq purposes. 2__~ All reports to be submitted to the MPCA shall also be submitted to the County and subject to approval by the County. The County's issuance of a license does not release the licensee or the site owner from any liability, penalty, or duty imposed by Minnesota or federal law or local ordinances, except the obligation to obtain a license for the activities covered by this license. ]n the event that there is any contradiction between the plans, report~ ordinance, and/or license conditions, except where there is a clear and specific ordinance waiver oranted by the Board, the ordinance and/or license conditions shall apply.
