Replacement letters of credit shall be submitted to <br />the Department by the last day of the first month of each calendar <br />quarter (January, April, July, and October). Said replacement letters <br />of credit and related transmittal letter shall include: correction of <br />the financial assurance, based on actual receipts, for the preceding <br />quarter; an estimate of the quantity of sol id waste to be received duringx/ <br />the present quarter~ and the additional estimated financial assurance~ <br />for the present quarter. <br /> <br />The County may amend the closure/post closure plan and/or financial <br />assurance requirements, as set forth in items 31, 32, and 33 above, at <br />any time during the license year. Should the County amend the financial <br />assurance requirements, the licensee shall submit the required financial <br />assurance within thirty days of County Board action. <br /> <br />If financial assurance documents are not satisfactory to the County <br />Attorney's Office, corrected documents in proper form are to be submitted <br />within 30 days of request by the County. <br /> <br />REMEDIAL ACT)ON <br /> <br /> ]._~. ~I-~= The licensee shall prepare, and submit to the County, reports and other <br /> materials required by the licensee's Response Order by Consent of May 30, <br /> 1985 with the MPCA. Said reports and materials shall be subject to <br /> approval by the County. <br /> <br />2__~. J.~ The licensee shall prepare and implement a remedial action {RA) as <br /> r~quired by the licensee's Response Order by Consent with theMPCA. Said <br /> ~ shall be subject to approval by the County. <br /> <br />3__~. I~. The licensee shall notify the County, in writing, of any proposed or <br /> requested changes or modifications to the consent order, work plan <br /> submission dates, documents, or other areas concerning the remedial <br /> investigation, feasibility studv and remedial a~ion.=~.th~ time of such <br /> p,~, or request and before such change occurs. <br /> <br />4_~..J-g=.
