47. That the proposed use will not be disturbing to existing neigh- <br /> boring uses. <br /> <br />48. That the proposed use will be served adequately by essential <br /> public facilities and services; such as highways, streets, police <br /> and drainage structures, and that the persons or agencies <br /> responsible for the establishment of the proposed use shal~ be <br /> able to adequately provide such services. <br /> <br />49. That the proposed use may require special considerations for fire <br /> protection but that the persons or agencies responsible for the <br /> establishment of the proposed use should be able to adequately <br /> provide such protection. <br /> <br />50° That the proposed use will not create additional requirements at <br /> public cost for public facilities and services. <br /> <br />51. That the tire processing facility will not be detrimental to the <br /> economic welfare of the community. <br /> <br />U2.
