D® <br /> <br />Establish park boundary corners for the purpose of <br />erecting park limit signs. The developer shall <br />contact the appropriate Parks and Recreation <br />Department personnel for the purpose of identifying <br />park property corners. <br /> <br />Provide sufficient public road access of no less <br />than 300 feet for neighborhood parks, and additional <br />frontage for community parks. <br /> <br />170.071 APPLICATION TO MINOR SUBDIVISIONS <br /> <br />In the event of a minor subdivision, the provisions of <br />this Ordinance shall apply to the new lots being created <br />rather than the gross area being subdivided. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL <br /> <br />Section 170.06 of the Ramsey city Council entitled Dedication of <br />Parks and Open Spaces adopted by Ordinance 83-13 and 88-4 are <br />hereby repealed only to the extent that it is not applicable to <br />subdivisions filed with the City for approval after the effective <br />date of this Ordinance. Ordinances 83-13 and 88-4 shall remain in <br />effect for all plats filed after the effective date of said <br />Ordinance 83-13 and 88-4 and prior to the effective date of <br />Ordinance 89-__. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
