6. Present Zoning District - <br />industrial zone. (I-1) <br /> <br />The building is located in an <br /> <br />7. Site Plan - A site plan <br />structures is attached. <br /> <br />showing the required items and <br /> <br />8. Drainage Plan - The building is located on a fairly level site. <br />Drainage i~ now away ~rom the building. Additional drainage will be <br />included in the layout of the hard surfacing to be completed for the <br />driveways and the perking areas on the site. Those water drainage <br />directions are included on the site plan. <br /> <br />9. Access to Site - Access to the site is available from Sunfish <br />Lake Road and then along side streets. All of the trucks will be <br />moving through industrial sections only. <br /> <br />10. Garbage Container Location - The garbage container will be <br />located within the sheltered area on the mouth end of the building. <br /> <br />11. Description of construction and proposed materials - It ia not <br />anticipated that any construction will be done on the building other <br />than as outlined under "Improvements at the Site." <br /> <br />12. Effect of proposal on tra£fic in area - It is anticipated that <br />when the plant is ~ully operational there will be a total o~ six <br />trucks vis/ting the site during a business day. The only other <br />traffic to the site will be the employee traffic. There will be a <br />total o~ twelve to fifteen employees when the plant is fully <br />operational. There are adequate parking mites for each of the <br />employees on the property. There will be no retail traffic to this <br />site. Also, there will be very little supplier or salesperson <br />traffic at this mite. <br /> <br /> <br />
