CASE #5: <br /> <br />REVIEW OF COMPREHENSIVE PARK DEDICATION AGREF2VIt~r OF <br />ENTIRE NORTH FORK P.U.D. <br /> By: Mark S. Bnnwart, Comrn,,nlty Development Director <br /> <br />Backgro, md: <br /> <br />On February 7, 1989, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission in reviewing <br />the sketch plan for North Fork 3rd Addition, adopted a motion which <br />recommended requiring a comprehensive park dedication agreement for the <br />entire North Fork P.U.D. be developed and adopted prior to proceeding with North <br />Fork 3rd Addition. Further, that the agreement adopted be approved by the <br />Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission, Ramsey Planning and Zoning <br />Commission, and the Ramsey City Council. <br /> <br />On March 2, 1989, there was a joint meeting of the Ramsey City Council, <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, Park and Recreation Commission, and <br />Economic Developmenl Commission to review a proposal for a comprehensive <br />park dedication agreement for the entire North Fork P.U.D. An outcome of this <br />meeting was the creation of a select, committee to negotiate final details of such an <br />agreement. On March 14, 1989, the select committee met and arrived at a <br />tentative agreement in principle. On March 30, 1989, City Staff and North Fork, <br />Inc. met to review a draft amendment to the park dedication agreement for <br />Northfork P.U.D. For your information, the following items are offered: <br /> <br />Northfork P.U.D. Park Dedication Agreement dated February <br />19, 1987). <br /> <br />B. Proposed amendment to Park Dedication Agreement for <br /> Northfork P.U.D. <br /> <br />Recommendations: <br /> <br />Staff recommends acceptance of the amendment to the Park Dedication <br />Agreement for Entire Northfork P.U.D. as fas as the land dedication portion of <br />the proposed amendment. Staff recommends that the City establish a $250.00 per <br />house permit issuance for the area West of Andrie Street.
