SECTION 2. PENALTY. <br /> <br /> Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance is guilty <br />of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine <br />of not more than Seven Hundred Dollars ($700) or imprisonment for <br />not more than ninety (90) days or both. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
