The estimated OHW of the wetland is 877-878. As <br />such home construction on Lots 4, 5 & 6 of Block 1 may infringe <br />on the wetland~ filling below the Oh~W is prohibited by DNR <br />permit rules. It would be advisable to shift .Okapi Street <br />further east, if at all possible. The plat should identify the <br />DNR wetland I.D. number (#2-727W) and a statement that DNR <br />permits may be required for any alterations of the wetland. <br /> <br />.There may be other wetland areas outside the protected wetland <br />which could fall under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Army Corps <br />of Engineers. Contact Tim Fell at 220-0360 for further <br />information. <br /> <br />The City's Flood Insurance kate Maps identify an area of <br />100-year (approximate study) flood plain on the property. Any <br />filling of that area would require issuance of a conditional <br />use permit under the City's floodplain controls. <br /> <br />NORTH FORTY, 2~D ADDITION <br /> <br />Protected Wetland ~2-736W exists in the northeast portion of <br />the property. The estimated OHW of the wetland is 896-897. <br />The development of Lots 6,7,8,9, & 10 of Block 2 and the Iguana <br />Street cul-de-sac (between Lots 10 & !1, Block 2) may infringe <br />on the wetland. Again, filling is prohibited by Dh-R permit <br />rules.
