The developer may need to hire a consultant <br />qualified to accurately define wetland boundaries. <br /> <br />The city's Flood Insurance Rate Maps identify an area of <br />100-year (approximate study) floodplain on the property. Any <br />filling of that area would require issuance of a conditional <br />use permit under the City's floodplain controls. <br /> <br />Approval of both plats may be required by the Lower Rum River %~MO. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to review and comment on the plats.
