Frey is proposing to construct an auto and truck repair garage to be located at 7029 <br />Highway #10 Northwest. The legal description for the property is: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, KOVAR ADDITION. <br /> <br />The proposed structure would measure approximately 66' x 40' feet in size and would consist of the <br />lower 42" of the front facade would be of a simulated brick (refer to rendering); the remaining <br />portion of the structure would be of steel construction. The proposed structure would be located in a <br />non-sewered B-1 Business District. Frey site plan providing that items listed in the City <br />Engineer's review (April 27, 1989) are addressed. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to recommend approval/denial of George J.
