With regards to the request to amend the permit issued in 1988, the inclusion of the leasee's name
(Mr. Roger Hurd) was an error and amending the permit to refer to the legal property owner is
more in line with City policy and requirements. Secondly, during the Holiday Stationstores site
plan for the property east of the intersection of Cty. Rd. #56 and Hwy. #10, rather than a dedicated
easement, the development agreement stated that the developer shall provide the City with a 10 year
option to purchase the necessary right-of-way in the event a service road is developed parallel to
the railroad. City Staff recommends approval of the request to amend the Ramsey Auto Sales
conditional use permit to be consistent with Council action on the Holiday site plan.

Commission Action:

Motion to:
Recommend adoption of findings of fact relating to Mr. Robert Wojcik and Mr. Louis
Wojcik's request for a conditional use permit to expand the Ramsey Auto Sales facility.

-and-

Motion to:
Recommend approval of Mr. Robert Wojcik and Mr. Louis Wojcik's request for a
conditional use permit to expand Ramsey Auto Sales.

-and-

Motion to:
Recommend approval of Mr. Robert Wojcik's request to amend the Ramsey Auto Sales
conditional use permit issued in 1988 to delete references to property leasee and to be
consistent with terms a~eed to in the Holiday Stationstores development agreement
relating to the possible future service road parallel to the railroad.

Review Checklist:

City Administrator
City Attorney
City Engineer
Community Development Director

'X

Chief of Police
Finance Officer
Community Dev.
