Said certificates, in <br />addition to proof of coverage, shall contain the standard Accord statement pertaining to written <br />notification in the event of cancellation, with a thirty (30) day notification period. <br />As additional insured and certificate holder, the City should be included as follows: <br />City of Ramsey <br />7550 Sunwood Drive NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br />763-427-1410 <br />2.15 Smoking Policy: The City has prohibited smoking in all City Parks, Public Facilities and Buildings. <br />This rule must also apply to all contractors and workers in or on all City property, including buildings <br />and parks and adjoining ROW. The Contractor shall be responsible for the implementation and <br />enforcement of this requirement. <br />2.16 Payments: Payment will be upon submittal of an invoice to The Ramsey Municipal Center on a net <br />30 basis unless discount terms are offered. Invoices shall include detail on the precise dates service is <br />performed. <br />2.17 Force Majeure: The Contractor shall not be held liable if the failure to perform under this Contract <br />arises out of causes beyond the control of the Contractor. Cause may include but are not limited to, acts of <br />nature, fires, tornadoes, quarantine, and strikes other than by Contractor's employees. <br />8IPage <br />
