BRET SCOTT <br />7910 173 RD AVENUE N.W.; PIN #09-32o25-22-0001 <br />as of 6/30/89 <br /> <br />On ,1989, a conditional use permit was issued to Bret Scott for a commcrcia] <br />dog kennel in the R-1 Rural Residential District on the property at 7910 173rd Avenue N.W., <br />which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka Count),, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at a point on the <br />North line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter a distance 400 feet East of the <br />Northwest comer of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter, then South and parallel <br />with the West line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter a distance of 300 feet, <br />then East and parallel with the North line of said Northwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter <br />to the West line of the East 165 feet of the West 60 acres of the Northwest Quarter of said <br />Section 6, Township 32, Range 25; then North along said West line of said East 165 feet <br />of the West 60 acres of said Northwest Quarter to the North line of the said Northwest <br />Quarter of Northwest Quarter, then West along said North line to the point of beginning <br />except road; subject to easement of record. <br /> <br />1. At no time shall there be more than 10 dogs on the premises. <br /> <br />If there are verified complaints of a noise problem relating to the dogs, the holder of this <br />permit shall be warned once and shall thereafter immediately abate the situation. <br /> <br />3. No dog shall be permitted to be left outside a kennel while no one is home. <br /> <br />4. No dog shall be allowed to mn at large except under direct supervision. <br /> <br />Dog waste excretions on the property shall be handled in such a manner as not to create a <br />public nuisance or constitute inhumane treatment of the animal. <br /> <br />6. Kennels shall be maintained in a manner to minimize fly breeding. <br /> <br />No dogs shall be treated curelly or inhumanely by any person or in violation of Minnesota <br />Statutes 346.20 - 345.26 preventing curelty to animals. <br /> <br /> <br />
