Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing minutes dated May 2, 1989 <br /> regarding Mr. Lee Henne's request for preliminary plat approval of Dellwood Hills <br /> Addition. <br /> <br />2. Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing minutes dated May 2, 1989 <br /> regarding Mr. Louis Wojcik's request for a conditional use permit to expand <br /> Ramsey Auto Sales. <br /> <br />3. Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing minutes dated May 2, 1989 <br /> regarding the proposed amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to exchange the <br /> ~;-Municipal Urban Service Area boundaries. <br /> <br />4. Park and Recreation Commission regular meeting minutes dated May 11, 1989. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for site plan approval; case of Mr. Keam Ward of Skelgas, Inc. <br /> <br />Kearn Ward, the applicant, informed the Commission that the first section of the building was <br />constructed in 1983. An addition was completed in 1985. Six parking stalls are provided on <br />the black top area.
