Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case -/09: Adopt Resolution Approving Appraisal Values For <br /> Improvement Project #88-21 (153rd Avenue N.W.Burlington <br /> Railroad Crossing): <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that the condemnation process ma.',, be required in order to acquire all <br />necessary parcels for Improvement Project #88-21; condemnation requires that the <br />appraisals be approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cich and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to adopt <br />Resolution #89-06-138 which is a resolution approving the appraisal valu:s for the <br />property to be acquired for City Improvement Project #88-21. <br /> <br />Motion ca~ed.
