Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The proposed addition is located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, <br />Township 32, Range 25, and the North 504.5 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Seclion 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. The proposed <br />subdivision has an area of approximately sixty (60) acres and consists of one hundred fifteen <br />(115) single-family urban residential lots. At the <br />October 20, 1988, meeting of the Ramsey Parks and Recreation Commission, a motion was made <br />and carried to deny that podion of land offered by Windemere Woods Addition, Cedar Hills <br />Addition and Chestnut Hills Addition to satisfy the City's park dedication requirements for the <br />three proposed subdivisions because a portion of the said property is wetland. These developers <br />met several times with City Staff regarding concerns of the subdivision layout (e.g., parks, <br />trails, transportation, etc,). <br /> <br />On September 27, 1988, the City of Ramsey received application from Wally Anderson, <br />ARADCO, Inc. for the subdivision of lands for the proposed Cedar Hills Addition. <br /> <br />On November 1, 1988, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission tabled preliminary plat <br /> <br /> <br />
