In any case, the City will contribute no less than the 2014 amounts <br />listed above. <br /> <br />Court Time: <br />An Employee who is required to appear in court within twelve (12) hours of the <br />end of a scheduled shift and within twelve (12) hours of the start of a scheduled <br />shift shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at two (2) times the <br />Resolution #13-03-064 <br />Page 5 of 7 <br />
