Rd. #5 and Ct)'. Rd. #56. <br /> <br />Case #3: Adopt Resolution Delegating Administrative Duties: <br /> <br />Mr. Hartley stated that he will be on vacation and recommended delegating Ms. Penny <br />Curtis the authority to sign documents requiring his signature during his absence. Ix4r. <br />Hartley recommended that Ms. Sandra Ashley be designated as Acting City Adn'finistrator <br />for operational purposes. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt <br />Resolution #89-07-159 authorizing Penny Curtis to execute documents on behalf of the <br />City Administrator and Sandra Ashley to represent the City as the Acting City <br />Administrator for the remainder of 1989. Further, that delegation of persons to execute <br />documents on behalf of the City Administrator and peform as Acting City Administrator <br />will be reviewed annually at the organizational meetings. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
