PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />MR. DONALD MILINKOVICH <br />6501 GREEN VALLEY ROAD <br />03-32-25-14-0001 <br /> JULY 27, 1989 <br /> <br />On , 1989, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Donald <br />Milinkovich for an auto detail shop in the R-1 Rural Residential District on the property at 6501 <br />Green Valley Road, which property is legally descibed as follows: <br /> <br />Thc West 60 acres of thc East h-,df of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota (except the East 658.05 feet of the West 60 acres of <br />said East half of Northeast Quarter) (except approximately 12-1/2 acres lying northerly of <br />County drainage ditch) and (subject to a 66 foot easement to be reduced to 33 feet if <br />becoming a private road rather than a public road lying along the entire easterly line of said <br />property) (subject to the right-of-way of County Road No. 63 also 'known as Green Valley <br />Road as now laid out and u'avelled) also (subject to an easement for an electric transmission <br />line recorded at Book 784, Page 12, as Document No. 308568 and partial release recorded <br />as Document No. 431438). <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional <br />use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. <br />The conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. All auto detail operations will be conducted inside the accessory structure on the property. <br /> <br />2. At no time sh',dl there be more than one customer vehicle maintained on the property. <br /> <br />3. There shall be no auto body repair and painting operations conducted on the property. <br /> <br />All customer vehicles will be brought onto the property and delivered to the customer after <br />job completion by the permit holder. <br /> <br />5.
