Commissioner Shumway suggested Mr. Wojcik be required to bring the property in compliance <br />or face revocation of the existing Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />Mr. Banwart explained that Mr. Wojcik was asked to provide more information so these issues <br />could be addressed together as a package. The intormation has not been received from the <br />applicant. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to direct staff <br />and the City Attorney to proceed with steps necessary lot revocation oi the existing Special <br />Use Permit due to non-compliance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, Shumway <br />and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Holm and Terry. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to adjourn the <br />special Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
