Absent: Commissioners Shumway;, Ter~' and LaDue. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Request For Sketch Plan Review Of Haubrich Addition; Case <br />Of John And Marilyn Haubrich: <br /> <br />John and Marilvn Haubfich were present requesting sketch plan review of their proposed <br />Haubrich Addition which consists of 6 rural residential lots. <br /> <br />The Commission reviewed the sketch plan and the City, Engineer's report dated July 27, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Bawden and seconded by Conmaissioner Deemer to recommend <br />approval of the sketch plan for Haubrich Addition, in accordance with the <br />recommendations in the City Engineer's report dated Jul)' 27, 1989, and directing the <br />subdivider to proceed to prelimina.E,.' platting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
