Ti~e operation consists of a <br />comprehensive cleaning of vehicle in preparation for resale at used cm- lots; there would not <br />be more than one customer vehicle on the property al an.,,, time. <br /> <br />Con~n'fissioncr Deemer expressed concern with contamination resulting from the residue of <br />the cleaning operations; residue being detergents, ~ease, oil. etc. <br /> <br />Mr. Milinkovich stated that he would be willing to install a holding tank to collect residue <br />or clc;m engines aI car washes. <br /> <br />Thc Commissio~ proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Bawden to amend Item <br />#15 of the propos~ findings of fact to indicate that the proposed use will not impak the use <br />or enjoymen~ of surrounding property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, Deemer <br />and Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway, Ten'v and LaDue. <br /> <br />Motion by Comn'fissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to amend <br />Item#16 of the proposed findings of fact to indicate that the proposed use will be <br />ham~onious with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, Deemer <br />and Bawden. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners ShUmway, Terry and LaDue. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded bv Commissioner Hen&fiksen to amend <br />Item #19 of the proposed findings of fac: to indicate that the proposed, use will not be <br />hazardous or disturbing to existing and future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
