Otto noted that a public hearing is being conducted on August 29 regarding Phase I <br />proposed improvements in .Juniper Woods; information regarding the cost to complete <br />Phase II improvements during Phase I and input from the. developer could be available at <br />that time. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to table action <br />on thc request for final plat approval of Juniper Woods until the special City Council <br />meeting scheduled for August 29, 1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson, Cich <br />and Peterson. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #8: Adopt Park Dedication Ordinance: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto recalled that on July 11, 1989, the Ramsey City Council tabled the adoption of the <br />Park Dedication Ordinance until the final version could be reviewed by the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission and the Park and Recreation Commission. Those commissions have <br />recommended adoption of the Park Dedication Ordinance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Cich to adopt <br />Ordinance #89-17 amending Chapter 170.06 of the (~ity Code: park and Open Space <br />Dedication. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
